Several restaurants and stores including Blaze Pizza, Starbucks, and Sleep Number are part of the new retail center in Clarksville, Indiana. The 35,000 square foot, five-acre development is exactly what town residence was hoping to add to the area. At the completion of construction, 100% of the space was leased. The tenant mixture includes “people-scaled” restaurants and retail featuring outdoor seating, green space with walking paths, and public art and cultural elements. Kerr-Greulich Engineers, Inc. served as the mechanical and electrical engineers for the project.
