Paristown Pointe opened in 2019/2020 with a positive impact on the community and the entire city of Louisville. The development added commercial lease space and create 30+ on-site jobs. The revitalization was anchored by expanding Louisville Stoneware, a theatre for Kentucky Center for the Arts, a new restaurant, and more. The area is a destination arts and culture district connecting residents and visitors with downtown businesses.
