Over a decade ago, Fenley Real Estate developed Olympia I Office Building; Kerr-Greulich Engineers, Inc. designed and engineered the MEP systems. Almost two decades later, Fenley is building Olympia II using the same design team. The new offices were designed to focus on the high quality of life of today’s employees and employers desire. The four-story, 140,000 square foot building features a variety of luxurious amenities including a fitness center, conference center, outdoor “Zen” garden, and a common tenant lounge, while also being conveniently located near schools, restaurants, and shopping.
