“1911 Building listed on the National Historic Registry…”

Kerr-Greulich Engineers, Inc. was honored to take part in engineering the mechanical and electrical systems for Immanuel Baptist Church and their truly one-of-a-kind building. With a growing membership of 600+ Immanuel Baptist Church had a dire need for relocation. After looking at several sites, the church committed to restoring the former First Christian/Lampton Baptist Church located in the center of downtown Louisville. The 1911 building is on the National Historic Registry (1975). Because of this, it was crucial to proceed with extra caution throughout the restoration. The end result of the entire design and construction team is phenomenal.
