Renovations for 21c Museum Hotel located in historic downtown Louisville; a place where form and functionality are emanated. The development renovated four existing 19th-century buildings into a five-story progressive, contemporary hotel which includes a restaurant and art gallery. The New York Times called 21C “An innovative concept with strong execution and prompt and enthusiastic service”. Kerr-Greulich Engineers Inc. rose to the challenge by providing engineering and design of the mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing systems for this noteworthy project.
