Kerr-Greulich Engineers, Inc. enjoyed designing and engineering the mechanical and electrical systems along with process steam for Cardinal Spirits, a distillery located in Bloomington, Indiana. Cardinal Spirits distillery is a community-centered and creativity-driven space for liquor and spirit enthusiasts to enjoy themselves. A retail space, bottling room, and processing room make up the three main areas of the facility. Kerr-Greulich Engineers made designs to accommodate for necessary monitoring and disposal of hazardous pollutants, keeping occupant safety as a priority while designing to the standards of the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States.
